Directors’ Profile

Vinod Deswal, Director of Finance and Human Resource at Grill Masters, received his Masters in Sports, Nutrition & Fitness from Kurukshetra University. When he decided to open Grill Masters, his inspiration was to create a restaurant that offered food which shares taste as well as nutrition. His expertise in operation & quality management ensures standard practices for the entire group. He is also responsible for manpower solution and financial guidance to the entire group.

Adil Hassan, Director of Operations at Grill Masters, comes from technological background and adds the expertise of I.T. to the group. He has an expertise in inventory management and profit maximization, which is the key factor to the success of any business. He is significantly involved in all aspects of planning including infrastructural designing and marketing.

Sahil Manchanda, Director of Marketing & Research at Grill Masters has achieved unquestionable success despite having no formal culinary training. He hails from Business & Management background, and is an expert in public relations.He believes that customer satisfaction & quality service are key components in today’s emerging restaurant industry. He is the brains behind a number of dishes on the Grill Masters menu. He leads the R&D department and keeps an eye on the always rising competition as well.
